Crafting spaces with care, integrity, and precision

Welcome to WilberCo Carpentry & Building. Based in the Southern Highlands, New South Wales, we provide premium residential and commercial carpentry with a genuine dedication to quality workmanship and honest service. Founded by licensed carpenter Ethan Waters, we are proud to bring local families and business owners reliable building solutions that stand the test of time.

Our story and background

Carpentry has been a passion of mine since I began in the trade back in 2014. After having the honour of completing my apprenticeship with Bowral Creative Constructions and gaining years of hands-on experience across the Southern Highlands and Sydney, I decided to take the leap and start WilberCo Carpentry & Building. The business is named in honour of my grandfather, a dedicated, hardworking man whose values shape the standard of every project we take on.

Workmanship built on precision

What sets WilberCo apart is our refusal to cut corners. We take the time to listen closely to what matters most to you, translating your unique ideas into practical, beautifully finished spaces. From structural framing to fine architectural finishes, every cut and joint is completed with care. We believe exceptional carpentry comes from meticulous attention to detail and open, respectful communication right from day one.

Our promise to every client

Inviting trades into your home or commercial premises requires trust. That is why we make three steadfast commitments on every build: maintaining a clean, tidy job site throughout the entire build, keeping clear and reliable communication at every stage, and delivering premium quality finishes you will be proud of for decades. We treat your property with the utmost respect from start to finish.

"Ethan's attention to detail, respectful communication, and immaculate job site made our home renovation completely stress-free. The finishes exceeded every expectation."
